The Ukrainian Institute of Applied Psychology and Psychotherapy invites everyone to the master class "Women's Mental Health: The Path from "Need" to "Want""

This master class is for women who are tired, overwhelmed, live mainly for others and rarely ask themselves: "What do I want?"For women who live by the principle: you have to be a good mother, you have to take care of everyone, you have to cope, you have to be strong. And at some point these "needs" become more than the woman herself.

At the master class we will talk about women's mental health, about the importance of contact with yourself, your feelings, needs and desires. Through practical exercises you will be able to see where you are now, what is exhausting you, and find your own resources and points of support.

Discussions, practices and the art therapy exercise "My Flower of Female Power" await you.

This is a space where you can stop, breathe, be yourself and remember that your needs and desires also matter.

Sometimes it is very important to simply be among women who understand. This is exactly the kind of warm and supportive space I want to create for you.

Host: Marina Aleksishina - psychologist, master of psychology, Gestalt therapist in training (II level).
Private practice since 2020. I work with topics of self-worth, feelings, relationships, crises, anxiety, inner support and contact with yourself.
