The Ukrainian Institute of Applied Psychology and Psychotherapy invites you to the supervision group "Process analysis as a support. The fourth season"

For specialists working in the Gestalt approach.

Regular supervision is a resource that every specialist should have the right to.

In the group you will be able to:
- find your place where you will be heard, noticed;
- implement a continuous learning process, since in the work of a Gestalt therapist there is no moment when you can know everything;
- be in a space where you can find your own ways to nourish yourself (because supervision is a source);
- get help in the right to be present with anything that is happening;
- grow an internal supervisor on whom you can rely when you are left "one on one with a client";
- enrich professional thinking and language of interaction in the collegial field;
- polish the skills of observation / self-observation (reflection), presence;
- train the muscles of "right" questions, which are an important part of preventing professional burnout and successful work of the practitioner.

For whom? For beginners and experienced specialists, because group supervision provides resources in a safe space,
which will later become a nourishing environment for conducting personal practice.

Forms of work in the group:
- face-to-face / correspondence supervision;
- mini-lectures;
- discussion of live cases, difficult situations from practice.

Group leader:
Kudrya Oksana - Gestalt therapist, practical psychologist, master of psychology, specialist in sand and dance-movement therapy.
Work experience since 1999. Head of the Kherson branch of the USP (2005 - 2017), organizer of the Psychological Festival "Drawing of the Soul" (Kherson, Ukraine).
Currently studying in two international supervisor training projects - EAGT / MIST and the Norwegian Gestalt Institute.
Interests: active management of private practice and groups, supervision.
A supervisor is someone who has the therapist "from behind" - supports his back, helps in difficult moments of work and accompanies the process in which the supervisee feels supported while he supports the client.
Supervision is not about "whether I work correctly", but about "how I live in this process".

"In my work, as a supervisor, I pay enough attention to creating a safe space at different stages of work (group as a whole organism)
and in the process of reviewing cases of face-to-face and correspondence supervision of supervisees.
And I rely on three key paradigms of Gestalt therapy:
1. Individual - focus on the unique experience and style of each therapist
2. Relational - attention to therapeutic contact as a living interaction
3. Field - study of dynamics in a wider field (context, environment, emotional atmosphere)
My supervisees say that working with me helps them become more stable and active, more resilient, supportive,
better oriented in the current work situation, feel freer with clients, change their intervention strategies in the process that were previously inaccessible.
I appreciate this vision of myself and experience it as similar. The only thing I have added about myself is the presence of my ability to doubt,
which helps to be attentive to phenomenology, parallel processes and relationality.
And this, in turn, inspires me to my own constant movement and learning.
After all, supervision is about the resource of creating a new path, movement towards oneself - a dreamed and desired specialist.

I invite you to live this path together. I will be glad to meet and cooperate." - Oksana Kudrya
