The Ukrainian Institute of Applied Psychology and Psychotherapy, together with the Ultramarine children's camp, invite you to a retreat for moms!

We have created a space that allows you to solve the difficult dilemma of motherhood - how to combine quality time with your child and a full recovery of your own strength.
This is not just a vacation, but a professionally organized environment for the prevention of emotional burnout and the return of internal balance.

The main value of the retreat is the opportunity to switch and restore resources.
We take care of everyday and organizational issues, and a professional educator provides children's leisure.
You get space for your own needs, knowing that your child is nearby, safe and involved in interesting activities.

For women who want to take time for themselves without losing contact with their child.

Retreat program

What awaits moms?
This is a time to return to yourself through professional support and relaxation.
Psychological groups. Daily thematic meetings to find inner support and reflection.
Drive and nature. Jeep tour to the mountains and excursion "Horse vibes" (horse therapy), Rafting (optional).
Calm excursions:
- "Touching the roots"
- "Breath of the mountains".
Master classes:
- Master class on drawing on T-shirts and creating products using the "Tie-Dai" technique.
- Surprise master class.
Atmospheric evenings. "Prosecco Night", "Party in Ukrainian style" and cozy conversations by the fire.
Relaxation zone. Rest by the pool and evening hot tubs (optional).
Free time to just breathe the fresh mountain air and restore resources.

What awaits children?
While you relax, your children are under the supervision of a professional educator.
Creative development. Master classes in thermomosaic, drawing on T-shirts and creating crafts using the "Tie-Dye" technique.
Active games and quests. Daily educational classes, walks and entertainment with peers.
