We talk about why Gestalt therapy has long remained in the shadow of other areas and why it is still rarely recognized
at the state level. Let us consider the key reasons for this - in particular, the insufficient amount of research,
and the cultural features of the approach itself, which emphasizes uniqueness, freedom and procedurality.

A separate part is devoted to Ukraine as one of the countries where Gestalt therapy is most widespread.

Due to the war, Ukrainian specialists make a great empirical contribution to the development of modern Gestalt therapy:
work in extremely difficult conditions, solve non-trivial therapeutic tasks, develop military Gestalt therapy
and constantly improve their professional skills.

We also touched on an important topic - why the experience of psychotherapists needs to be translated into academic language
to expand the institutional recognition of Gestalt therapy in the world.

distracted attention, lack of awareness, a sense of loneliness and life in constant change.
